AFCAT 01/2026 Batch Notification 2025 : Age Limits As On 01 January 2027
Minimum Age : 20 Years.
Maximum Age : 26 Years.
Flying Batch: 20-24 Years
Ground Duty (Technical/ Non-Technical): 20-26 Years
Indian Airforce provides age relaxation for the AFCAT 01/2026 position as per their regulations.
10% of the seats from CDSE vacancies are reserved for Permanent Commission (PC), and 10% of the seats from AFCAT vacancies are reserved for Short Service Commission (SSC).
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level, or hold a B.E./B.Tech degree from a recognized university.
Ground Duty Technical
Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics): Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination with at least 60% marks in Physics and Mathematics, and must hold a minimum 4-year Graduation or Integrated Postgraduate Degree in Engineering or Technology.Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical): Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination with at least 60% marks in Physics and Mathematics, and possess a 4-year Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aeronautical Engineering.
